Steve’s practice ranges from residential and commercial real estate transactions and complex land use proceedings to business formation, corporate law matters and estate planning. He is a problem solver and conflict resolver with particular skill at cost-effectively counseling clients.
A Florida native who grew up in North Palm Beach, Steve began his legal career working with, and ultimately becoming a shareholder of, a highly regarded firm on the island of Palm Beach. During the South Florida real estate booms of the 1980s and ‘90s, he worked with prominent developers as well as nationally known entities like the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation.
This experience, and the relationships that grew out of it, proved invaluable to Steve as he founded his own firm in the mid-1990s and grew it to what it is today – a team of attorneys who take a personal interest in the success of each client and in the health of the community.
