Steve obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 1982 and began his legal career in the 1980s working with and ultimately becoming a shareholder of a highly-regarded firm on the island of Palm Beach. Steve’s early practice included a wide variety of work for prominent developers during the development booms in the 1980s and 1990s, including work for the John D. and Catherine MacArthur Foundation. This experience and the relationships it created have proven invaluable to Steve as he founded the firm in the mid-1990s. Steve’s career has been devoted to the representation of businesses and individuals in the pursuit of their legal goals, helping clients navigate legal issues in every type of transaction from development of regional impacts, business formations to residential and commercial real estate transactions. Steve is a problem solver and prides himself on his ability to cost-effectively counsel clients to maximize opportunities and resolve conflicts.
